Terms of Service

Effective date: July 24, 2026 Service: Innov8 Benefits Provider: Innov8 Health LLC ("we", "us", "our") Contact: support@innov8.healthcare By creating an account or using Innov8 Benefits, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Innov8 Benefits provides tools for benefits brokers, employers, and their employees to manage benefits communication, campaigns, CRM, mailbox integration, and scheduling.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You will not: (a) use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk email in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or similar laws; (b) impersonate any person; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service; (d) reverse engineer the service; (e) resell the service without written permission; or (f) use the service to build a competing product.

4. Third-party services

The service integrates with third-party providers including Google, Microsoft, and email/calendar systems. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy for details.

6. AI features

The service uses AI models to classify messages, draft responses, and enrich records. AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before sending, saving, or acting on it.

7. Fees

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing terms, and cancellation are disclosed at the point of purchase.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innov8 Health LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innov8 Health LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for disputes is in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
