Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 24, 2026 Application: Innov8 Benefits ("we", "us", "our") Publisher: Innov8 Health LLC Contact: privacy@innov8.healthcare Innov8 Benefits is a suite of tools operated by Innov8 Health LLC that helps benefits brokers, employers, and employees manage benefits communication, enrollment, client outreach, and related workflows. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, employer/agency, and profile details you provide when you sign in (including via Google or Microsoft single sign-on). Connected mailbox data (only if you connect a mailbox). When you connect a Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox, we access message metadata (sender, recipient, subject, timestamps, labels, thread IDs) and message bodies for the purpose of displaying your inbox inside the app, classifying replies to campaigns you have created, drafting responses you review, and sending messages you explicitly initiate. Connected calendar data (only if you connect a calendar). Event titles, times, attendees, and locations, used only to display and schedule meetings you initiate inside the app. Contact and CRM data. Contacts you add, import, or that we extract from email signatures with your consent, plus notes, tags, and campaign activity. Usage data. Log data, device and browser information, IP address, and in-app events used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide the core features of Innov8 Benefits (inbox, CRM, campaigns, scheduling, employer benefit pages).
  • Authenticate you and keep the service secure.
  • Classify replies, draft suggested responses, and enrich contact records using AI models operated by us or our infrastructure providers.
  • Communicate with you about the service.
  • Comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Google Workspace APIs or Microsoft Graph data to train generalized AI/ML models.

3. Google API Services User Data — Limited Use disclosure

Innov8 Benefits' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only request the Google scopes needed to provide user-facing features you have chosen to use.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security purposes, (c) to comply with law, or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to you.

4. Microsoft Graph data

The same limited-use principles apply to data we access via Microsoft Graph. We only request the scopes required for features you activate, we do not sell Microsoft user data, and we do not use it to train generalized models.

5. Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run the service (cloud hosting, database, email delivery, AI inference, error monitoring), each under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose information to comply with legal process or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@innov8.healthcare. Disconnecting a mailbox or calendar revokes our access and removes cached message and event content within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of OAuth tokens, row-level access controls, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of material breaches as required by law.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact privacy@innov8.healthcare to exercise these rights.

9. Children

Innov8 Benefits is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We will post material changes to this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
